I spin, on and on and on.
The tune hypnotizes my eyes,
Makes a boring night worth while,
Because all night, I’m hypnotized…
…This tune makes a boring night worth while
Like a train on a track,
Like the moon in the sky,
Like the ants working all hours
I, my friends, am hypnotized.
My pen it whirls. It spirals and twirls,
Like a train on a track,
Same sounds, same sights, then to the beginning,
To the station, I’m back.
Clashing colours,
Enchanting melody,
It’s the sound of the rainbow,
And it’s playing for me.
All night, all day, no time, for play,
As I’m delayed, simply, I dance, all day.
How long will this last?
Will I forever be a slave?
To these infectious waves that brace my eardrums…
There is no answer,
And neither a cure,
I continue to dance,
Eroding my bones on the woodchip floor.
There is nothing like this tune,
I cannot find a cure.
Lost in time, and moments and all,
There is only me between these four walls,
The day is a way, seperated with a fork
And i'm delusional, and blind to the path I’m supposed to walk.

That is GOOD. I thought the ending was surprising, it started off so positive (well, relatively). This is is such an interesting piece. I especially like the metaphors and similies (The train on the track).

I love that one. The rhymes are perfect...and I don't know about that deeper meaning, but the thing about the tunes really makes this mean something to me. I think I shall fave.
