A PayPal commission for of his Raboot OC, Sparky, having had a bad run-in with our good 'ol pal Don Havarti the notorious Dark Rattata gangster. Seems Sparky's been caught snooping around the Havarti manor, perhaps unwittingly getting the gang leader's attention. Now the poor Raboot finds himself straitjacketed, mouth stuffed with rags face, ears and legs wrapped in tape, plus vacuum-sealed plastic over his feet to keep them from "lighting up" and stuffed in a clear plastic garbage bag with just one tiny hole in it through which airs can come through. Of course that's only so he can stay conscious long enough to experience the hot, sticky, sinking sensation of falling into the tar pits below him when the weak, fraying rope tied to a dead rotting tree branch precariously holding him just a few inches above to bubbling black goop finally gives way. He better not struggle too much and hope someone comes to rescue him, because there's little chance he'll get out of this without help. >:3

[EDIT: Added some bubbles and "sound effects" for the tar since a few people mentioned those would make the tar more "tar-like."]
