Description From pages 377-381 in the Dune Encyclopedia from 1984
Great Houses, Arms, Pennants, and Insignia listed by blazons.

This may not be canon anymore, but the sheer volume listed (created?) by Willis E. McNelly in the book was staggering.
A few differ slightly from the encyclopedia description:

Corrino - Originally described as a lion sejant guardant erect, (or seated upright and attacking, face towards the viewer) but I made it caboshed (facing forward, head without neck) because the symmetry looks better than a squatting cat.

Alman - The book clearly copies a Reichsadler ("Imperial Eagle") or the heraldic eagle, but it looked goofy on a small scale. Plus this eagle looks more contemporary and sleek.

Atreides - Had to outline the couped falcon head, because the red and black are not as distinct without the border.

Kenric - Originally the rocket was a Buck Rogers looking ship with a flame. Turned it into a practical 2 stage rocket.

Wallach - This originally had the snake coiled once around the book, but I got carried away trying to make it look menacing.
The orange book may refer to the Orange Catholic Bible that the Dune Encyclopedia references so often.

Wikkheiser - The first to be identical to the Dune Encyclopedia doodle.
Probably some maritime origin, perhaps Greek?
It's hard to tell since it resembles the German name Wickenheiser, or somebody from Wickenhaus.

Ophelion - Again, exactly like the doodle in the Dune Encyclopedia.
It resembles aphelion which means "away from the sun" in Greek.

Tiiopa'it - This one is also identical to the Encyclopedia.
Tiiopa'it has no similar names aside from Tirupati, a city in India.

Delambre - The name is uniquely French, but the blazon itself looks like something out of Northern Ireland.
Seriously it's a gold rifle and a gold left facing harp. A bold testament to the legacy of Armalite and Guinness.

Ezharian - Probably the most identical to the Encyclopedia sketch of the pennant.

Moritani - This proved really tempting to substitute with the flag of Brazil, but I realized that it was a blue circle of the night sky above Rio de Janeiro, so the goofy little red Saturn remained.

Fenring - Two rampant lions and a sable chain palewise (center), and not the heraldic goofy lions. Modern lions. Cool lions.

Harkonnen - Yes, it's a blue Dodge Ram emblem. No it's not the griffin. Why? Because Frank Herbert mentioned griffins twice on page 181 in Heretics of Dune, but according to the Dune Encyclopedia, and all the interactive games, it is this symmetrical ram's head. Which I personally think looks fitting for House Harkonnen; who are not only stubborn, but keep trying to reach the top of the royal mountain, and butt heads with anyone in their way.

Ordos - Two crossed bones, top left entwined with green ivy. The name means "palaces" in Mongolian.
In the computer games by Cryo Entertainment and Westwood Studios the Ordos coat of arms was replaced with the Wallach one.
This was probably for aesthetic reasons, since it's much more sinister to have a coiled python around a book than bones with leaves.
