Personality::

Meth is the weakest of the 4 sectyion leaders, and the most impulsive. He's a big gambler and loves to experiment with drugs. He was also Oxides first victim which is why he ALWAYS has bandages on his torso [shown off to the side so the markings weren't hidden]. One of the tentacles left a painful skin disease that isn't treatable, it effects him in battle which adds to why he's the weakest. He's also one to snap at people quickly, he sufferes anger problems [ like many of the leaders] but his are the most severe of them all.
