after following my recent 2 sketches from the disney universe, I thought I wanted to try out Jasmine from Aladdin. Going to be honest, trying to sketch up a new pose for Jasmine than from what we already know was not that easy I'll tell you what *Laughs* either that or trying to show her teeth through her smile. So my inspiration was taking the concept of to see what she would look like as a belly dancer only with her regular clothes on just trying to figure out how it would work in a way where its still to her body per portion and that it's believable since all these disney princesses have really tiny waists lol so after 4 sketches to find a good pose for her that speaks her character and to show what type of country in the middle east where her origins would be the most well known that would be her signature dance move.
