More anime! More big pants! Aiiii! The world ends! And with my first upload of the new year, too. (My apologies if this shows up multiple times--I think DA is glitching.)No, seriously, I was just playing around with an anthro-manticore chick, and have been enjoying this anime stuff immensely. This was the end result. I cut holes in the pants, on the principle that nobody was gonna claim that *I* was too lazy to draw legs, damnit! (She has triple rows of teeth behind the lips. Honest. She's just being polite because she knows that opening your head "like a toothy Pez dispenser," as I've heard it described, creeps people out.)

This is really god. I love the coloring job. Nice color scheme too. Her head seems a bit to large to me or something, but it is still very very good. I like her wings and feet especialy.

I like the fact that it's like anime, but more realistic in depiction (read: smoothly shaded). I like the way the shirt is designed, actually... It's an interesting way to get around the problem of wing-holes. Big Pants Revolution, yay.

... but seriously, this has some great posturing, with a very fluid look... and since we all know big pants require a big tail...
... I also like how you've scrubbed in some Painter brushes for texture to give it a gritty feel to the overall composition...
