Description
Although its eyestalks must be kept hooded to keep the high-strung snailhawk calm, when the hoods and jesses are removed, few creatures on earth can match the snailhawk's grace and speed.* Capable of spotting the slightest tremble of a lettuce leaf from over a mile away, the snailhawk stooping upon its chosen prey is a sight that no one who has witnessed it will ever forget.**Another appearance of the Snocketbeast. I just like those guys for some reason...and, of course, the multipurpose gastropods, in yet another incarnation. Slugs and snails! Is there anything they can't do? Quick, silly, coffee shop sketch turned into a watercolor as I wait for paint to dry. Accursed acrylics! If it was pixels, it'd be dry by now!

My mom has a pet snail, Snidely (long story). My mom freaks *out* over rats, mice, ferrets & she's a lil nervous about rabbits, too. And yet she'll let this lil ambulatory gob of slime crawl all over her hands, feeds it corn meal, water and romaine lettuce. She would love this...

Haha. "Acme Snail Chow." Now you don't see much 'acme' stuff nowadays, except for Acme fences, but who pays attention to fences anyways (I don't pay attention to them, they just happened to be infront of me, I'm serious). Reminds me of Tiny Toons and the good ol' days of 90's cartoons.
