and this is my reason for the headcanon that starting a few months before the presidential election, Al just disappears of the face of the earth until the day after elections, where he can meet his new boss. Having the two haves of the American politics arguing in your head for nearly a year and a half is unbearable, especially with the last minute craze that seems to start the September before elections... i don't envy Al at all

Wow, I like that idea! I tend to think of him not disappearing outright, but more of being super irritable and moody (kinda like country pms) but that is the first time I've heard of him just leaving. It's unique! And yes, I do not envy him either, but as an American it's still partially my responsibility to pay attention as headache-enduing as it can be DX And just imagine how many voices are up there right now with Trump, Hillary, Sanders, and all of the others factions that have been created by this years celebrity candidates.Β

Yes Al will definitely have like all 1 billion of us americans just screaming in his head, some agreeing, some not and many with hating rants (most of them about Trump) I got a lot of this from reading a fan fiction on Fanfiction.net (no surprise there)Β
here's a link!

Pfft- that is a funny pun! Nice call Ender. And I get your feelings SKA. It's rough living in a country in the state the US is in now, and often times trying to understand politics can be a daunting task. Hell, most of us try to outright ignore it!Β

What is this word "ignore" when it comes to politics? It's so burned into our lives...

You asking what Ignore means? Well, there's plenty of Americans who just outright don't pay attention to any political news or information. If they do vote (which is seldom) it's for the novelty, and their choices depend on what someone's name sounds like, or which button is in which order.Β

Pfft well, that is why he has become popular, but luckily we have the electoral college to keep that from happening.Β
