Cute. I almost never use this word, but... Pretty. I like how the hair flows, and the smile. She's not full of wide-eyed energy. She's just...content. And maybe looking at someone she likes. I see that blush. ...nope, that's makeup. Well maybe.
Little nitpicks, though... The way her hair moves shows what direction the wind is blowing. Wouldn't her little hair ribbon be pushed in the same direction? And her arms look a little thin compared to the rest of her and are...sticking out to the side at a weird little angle. Not saying it's impossible, far from it, but it doesn't seem...natural. ...And looking closely, her ears seem a bit low.
So, a little physics errors, but this is still a cute drawing.
