Dreams should be able to ride the wind as much as plane in the sky, and that's the feeling I get from this movie. though he couldn't fly because of his eye sight he didn't let that stop him from designing innovative airplanes.
Most of all even during times of war, sadness and desperation, dreams and love live on. I hope my tribute to this wonderful film shows that feeling.

Studio Ghibli has been and will always be my inspiration to study drawing and animation, even more so than Disney (even though now they are one~ yay!) it broke my heart when I learned of Mr. Miyazaki's retirement >< he has been my hero but even a wonderful genus needs his rest and family time~. ^^

lol I may not win this contest but I'm sure glad I entered it!
