most impressive. it is as if I can feel the stone texture of the wing in my fingertips. even more amazing is the emotion captured in the face and the body language; it is a haunting blend of sorrow, pride and indignation. i think that I am incapable of expressing how amazing this piece is; aside from lacking the adequate critical vocabulary, i feel like I need to spend serious time in study and contemplation. i would love to hang this on my wall. thank you for sharing something so beautiful.
