Still in spirit of Halloween, my entry for TommyGK 's Witchmon Halloween Charity Collab!

It took me forever to finally finish it, I'm not really feeling like drawing these past weeks... but I've included extra Jigglypuff to tell a little story!

Under no circumstances DO NOT REMOVE MY WATERMARK. I have sent the version in bigger size and without watermark to TommyGK in a note for him to use (in a collab artwork or anywhere he wants to), you don't have to be extra nice and remove it for him/myself. This is my artwork, I have rights to it and any situation of removing the watermark will be considered as art thief.

I've already seen my previous submissions all around the internet so at least there's my watermark on them..
