An inked drawing I did for my uni project work that I never got around to scanning, I left the head off on purpose to so you look more to the legs and power of movement and stuff, but I dunno, it looks a bit odd headless..Related content

apart from the muscles and stuff (which are great) I really like the movement depicted, the running.

It does look a bit strange as headless horses go...: P The focus is already at the body, since the head is off to the side, so unless you make it particularly striking it shouldn't take from the focus.

Yes, I agree, it looks good without the head. More original and, like you said, concentrates the viewer's gaze on the body. Gorgeous!
