Great work! You can definitely see your skill shine through with this piece. Demoman is drawn very well, and the shading fits perfectly. The expression and the 'oi!' certainly speak to his personality. FANTASTIC job on the hand, I always find the palm difficult to draw in relation to the fingers. Love the small details you added, such as the earring, band-aids, and the toothpick.
However, I'm not really loving the background in contrast to Demo I feel like maybe if Demoman's lines were as dark and dynamic as the background it might fit, but as it stands the deep red and dark black splotches steal a lot of focus from Demo. The background is done well, and Demo is done spectacularly, but together I feel the two don't mesh. Just my humble opinion.
