"Apologies, Eric." Kenichi stated apologetically, "We weren't counting on going of like that on 'Black Moth.' It's just a weird subject. But then again, things really weren't that far away in terms of weirdness with the other SCALE attacks."

"Take Sydney for example." Tatsuo cut in, Kenichi nodding assent. "Cameron Winter took the lead himself there. Unlike 'Dr. Who' who used mutations in the most twisted of forms, or their other commander, Alexandra Springer, who just preferred giant animals, he went off on creating true 'monsters' with the DNA of his failed first expiraments combined with a few other creatures that had appeared. The crem-de-la-crem of this was a beast made from the DNA of his earlier creation Ghilaron, along with Zilla's DNA, along with some insect traits as well. It was fitted with technology, and dubbed 'the Chameleon.'

The Australian military, as any other army would have it, had no luck damaging him, or the other beasty he unleashed, Cyber Zilla once again. But, as the two man controlled monsters plowed through Sydney, two roars went out in defiance.

Zilla and Komodithrax, two of the creatures that escaped Xilian mind control, had arrived on the Aussie scene, and they were about to knock the two pretenders down and under!"

Kenichi and Eric looked at Tatsuo, feeling embarrassed to be breathing the same air that corny joke was floating around in. Tatsuo apologized, and then continued.

"Winter had prepared for other monsters giving him trouble, but he wasn't counting on two. He then launched a small but deadly drug at Zilla, rendering him inebriated, and therefore vulnerable to attack from his reanimated father. Komi, unfazed, attacked Chameleon head on, tooth and nail meeting mandible and mouth. She is in fact thicker than Zilla, so she could outmuscle the genetic terror. But, she couldn't outsmart the mind of Winter. It managed to force her to the ground, with Zilla about to kick the curb from Daddy's punishment. But then, although I won't go into detail about this yet, a familiar cry rang out over Sydney Harbor. That's all there is to say there for now. Now, the next Scale mutant to appear was a big case in Los Angeles. A Big case."
