Firstly I've got to say that I like your stlye in this. Technically I think it is very good. I like the monochrome colouring.
I can't comment on accuracy of the character, because I have no idea who this is. So you may win or lose points there.
But as I said, I like the style of this. It's very distincitve. I expecially love the details in his hair and the sort of simple way you have drawn hi,. I think this pic is more eyecatching for the simplicity of the subject.
The only suggestion for improvement I have is that, due to the way you've photographed the pic, the top is a little out of focus and darker, and there are a few dirty patches on the paper. Other than that, very well done indeed!

Wow, thank you! This is the first critique on deviant art I've ever gotten. 
It's likely I'd loose quite a few points on the accuracy of the character. I went kind of abstract with him.

It looks a little scetchy, but that's really good in this though! A bit of an evil grin... Fufufu~ Red looks good in this...
I'm not sure if it's because of that shadow up there, but the top of hat looks a bit weird? Because the bottom of it is really curved put the top doesn't look like it.
But still, this is a really nice piece of work <3
