Description A very fast and plain colouration of an old Dratini sketch. I wanted to use it as Avatar... But I'm afraid that the resizing of this pic will screw up the quality. u_u

I know I could... And I even tried... But when I resize it the lines get blurry which looks really odd... u_u So I keep the size as it is.
