Description
The ancient city of Y'ha-nethlei is the current capital city of the Deep Ones and home of Dagon. Founded approximately 250,000 years ago, it is a roughly circular city constructed primarily of mafic and basalt by early-human hybrids. It is centered around the largest of a series of ancient structures that stretch down the coastline. These are of Star Spawn origin and like the city of R'lyeh itself they warp space around themselves. This pocket of warped space makes the city nearly impossible to physically find. However most Deep Ones can hear a faint call towards the city from as far away as Ahu-Y'hloa, across the ocean to the north-east.

Mafic is a dense iron and magnesium rich stone and makes up a lot of the oceanic crust.

Also, the Deep Ones are making a terrible mistake by living on top of a Star Spawn psionic amplifier. Way to lowkey brainwash most of your population for a quarter of a million years guys.
