OK here is my critique, please DO NO under any circumstances get you down, depressed or upset with me, this is my honest opinion on your picture. Let's start with the head and the upper torso, the head is slightly larger than it should be, giving the appearance of a small body, the eyes appear to be even, but the shape is not symmetrical at all, one is is more oval than the other, but the over all position looks good though it could be more space between them, also the pose is almost like cheating, it's an easy position to draw yes, but not much of a challenge is it. You have a good choice of colors and it looks good with the overall style of the picture. the fur is nice, cartoony not that too serious realistic style, it's fun and lighthearted.
I suggest more challenging poses and mostly working on your eyes, other than that everything is good, the shape and Anatomy is good. Keep trying to improve and it will be all good.

I like this colored version even better. The lighter coloring around the face gives it more of a personable feel, and I really love that little hairpiece. ^_^
