This is a scene I've been meaning to do for a while. This is Kaedra's last battle in the Mandalorian Wars: The Second Battle of Dxun. In this battle he clashed most directly with the Jedi. After several skirmishes, he was defeated and captured by the Jedi. He was then tried before the Council on Coruscant and thrown out of the Order, stripped of his lightsaber. It took him years, and a great deal of money to retrieve it.

Kaedra is my character in a Star Wars d20 campaign I'm getting really into. This all is part of his backstory, and an important event, so I thought I should draw it. You can find pictures of Kaedra and a close-up of his lightsaber in my gallery.

This is the first action shot I think I've ever really drawn all the way through, at least the first original one. I deviated more from the Clone Wars art style I'd used before, without losing all of that feel. I'm pretty content with how it came out, I may refine it later. All of this was done in Photoshop.
