Baby’s first adoptable! I’m starting with an offer to adopt, monetary offers take precedent but I am also willing to take art trades and/or oc trades as an offer as well.

Adoptable TOS:

• Payment will be made via paypal, I will send an invoice
• i will not sell to accounts newer than one month
• you will have 48 hours to pay or forfeit your claim
• buyer will get full res transparent pic of the adoptable and i will transfer the character to them over toyhouse. if the buyer does not have a toyhouse, i may store the character in a hidden folder there with record of who it belongs to. you are responsible for updating me of ownership changes in this case.
• designs bought from me may not be widely copied and redistributed- if you would like to make the character's family members or species for backstory purposes, this is fine, as long as you do not resell the derivative designs or redistribute them to anyone else. Please ask me if you have any questions.
• vouchers may be used in the event of a trade, and can be for no more than 150% the original selling price of the adoptable
• designs originally obtained through trades cannot be sold
• use of any design I make in a defamatory or otherwise offensive manner will result in blocklisting from further design interactions
