Description
The story of Ranvier and the Panthera Adamas started years ago, when an experimental curse turned him into a half-beast. In that moment they were one, but after receiving the blessing, the human and the demon part started to split. As the ancient demon Panthera Adamas was the evil creature he knew about the most, his transformation made him look like it, and with the splitting, Adamas spawned inside of him to make up for the demon part.As time passed by, the demon started to gain self-awareness, fighting to get out of Ranvier's body. It started to show up on his dreams destroying everything on its way, though it still seemed to be under control. But one day, a mission required him to enter in another person's dreams, where the demon started to destroy as usual. Ranvier woke up with the demon still in the dream, so the beast was completely separated from him, and got loose in the town he was in. The town was literally disintegrated, yet thanks to his team mates he managed to capture the demon with his halo, binding both of them permanently under the same blessing.
Now, under the blessing's influence, the demon obeys Ranvier most of the times, but it refuses to fight, and its whimsical (and sometimes prankster) nature leads them into trouble. Still, most of the time they will share the same body as the half-beast, because Ranvier can only fight while they're fused, and people not knowing Ranvier's human form is a tactical advantage. In other words, they only split up to sleep, go out for a walk, and such.

Wow, seriously, this is one of the best executed works i have seen from you, and that means something, the thin and clear lining the smooth colouring and shading everything looks great, it looks like a piece for a game, for some sort of advertisment, great job!
Now to the picture itself, sadly the orginal conccept cant be executed anymore but i love what you made from it and in my oppinion its better this way
Ranviers leg armouring looks sweet, and the spiked halo of the beast is a neat idea
and that seat looks awesome !

Yeah, it's sad the thing about the original concept, but there's one thing I can tell... I spent a ridiculous amount of time drawing this, if I had to draw the whole thing...

Bueno, es difícil halagar algo que no hayan halagado ya! Me alegra ver este trabajo terminado. He visto algunos WIPs a lo largo del proceso y es notorio que requirió mucho trabajo y esfuerzo.
Como siempre, admiro qué tan bien dibujas a los leones. Debería ponerme a practicar a ver si algún día puedo dibujar algún fanart decente de Ranvier. De veras, se nota la dedicación que pusiste en cada detalle: desde los cuernos de Adamas, pasando por su melena y hasta el pobre sillón en mal estado! Además, los tatuajes están muy bien colocados. A veces es difícil, o al menos lo es para mí, colocar tatuajes respetando los diferentes relieves del cuerpo, propios de la anatomía. En verdad lograste un muy buen resultado.
Además es interesante conocer a Ranvier en su forma humana, y de veras se ve bien. También encuentro muy interesante a la historia: ayuda a conocer más sobre el pasado y presente del personaje y, además, su relación con el demonio me resulta muy original, ya que va más allá del casi típico caso de posesión en el cual el demonio toma control total del cuerpo del huésped.
En resumen, excelente trabajo! Bien hecho!

Muchas thanks! Pues sí que llevó bastante trabajo, la verdad... los cuernos, los tatuajes o incluso el sillón resultaron entretenidos, pero el pelo o los brazos del demonio fueron una pesadilla...
La historia me la fui inventando un poco por el camino, pero ni siquiera me pasó por la cabeza esa típica posesión al estilo "un ente maligno se ha apropiado de mi cuerpo, ahora soy 1000 veces más fuerte y me comporto de forma completamente diferente". He preferido una relación humano/demonio más simpática, sin buscar dramas innecesarios y esas cosas.

Although seriously, lovely! I never thought that Ran actually had something like this going on, it brings a lot more depth to the character! Ran is one of my SoC favorites, he's just so storied and deep, with so many intricacies!

You did a wonderful job on this, there's a lovely amount of contrast between the two, and yet they are so brilliantly done! It's hard to imagine that they have to live with each other all the time!
