(If you like this picture you can COMMISSION ME at this [link] .)Full Color commission for Reblmebl [link] with her and her Pokemon team, consisting of an Arcanine, Slowbro, Pidgeot, Scyther, Lucario and Nidoqueen along with that of her partner's which include Blastoise, Salamence, Staraptor, Gengar Arcanine and Mewtwo. All of them are gathered around the fire in a Christmasy forest.
Second of the Christmas commissions. This one was finished the end of November so had to wait a long while before I could post it. Aside the Lucario, Arcanine and Mewtwo are the only Pokemon I've drawn in more recent memory. Think the last time I drew a Gengar was 11 years ago and a Pidgeot at maybe 9 or 10. And while I do draw Mewtwo-like things a lot, never do I bother to do so properly.
Picture was the attempt at a cram fest then done with Illustrator for the lines since I needed to for this character dense image. Total of 14 in one image, though at least the style is more simplistic so it's not as challenging and over detailed as it could be.

That's so cosy. Nice to see Gengar, before I knew about Mewtwo it used to be my favorite pokemon. I saw pokemon the first movie on tv by an accident actually. I had no idea what it was gonna be about haha! First time I saw it I thought it sucked though and I was kind of lauging and sighing at the begining of the movie. I thought it was so stupid, such a ripp-off from Carrie (stephen king) when she burn up the school , starwars whit the title and Mewtwo's armor and at the same time it tried to be serius or something. I started to like it when I knew Mewtwo had a castle though. Then I knew he was a humanlike pokemon. I don't think any of the other legendaries would be able to create tecnology like Mewtwo. That makes him really unique from the rest.

Defently, especially since I am such Mewtwo geek these days. I think it got even worse when I got into dA. Anyhow I was still kind of anti-pokemon when I saw the movie for the first time so thanks to that I know the movie from different point of wiews I guess. I still think the movie could have been better thought out but the plot is actually quite nice when you think of it. Especially compared to the other quite dull pokemon movies but pokeom 3 is this special something as well.
