Velma and Daphne of Scooby-Doo!This was a (relatively) quick digital paint exercise, with no scanned linework. I think I'm getting a better hang of rendering characters in a purely digital side, but there's still a marked difference between using a pencil and using the tablet when sketching things out.

dear gosh i cant believe i finally found a picture of them together and it not being gay. Lovely work and great detail showing off their friendship. The art style is interesting too, but a nice effect

Thank you! It's actually quite easy to just make with a girl/girl pairing, but I wanted to go for a much sweeter, friendlier interpretation for Velma and Daphne. I mean, they're the only girls in their group, they should be very close friends after all the stuff they go through!
