As I tell everyone I write a critique for; don't mind the ratings, they aren't informative.
Photographically:
When it comes to floral-photography and still-life in general to make an exceptionalphoto it requires a lot of creativity and time. I recommend you to have a look at other still-life images and find those you like and think through how they accomplished their result (was it the angle, the lighting, the colors etc).
Spesific for this image you have to be aware that if you are going to photograph something that contains details at this level or even more detailed level you need to use a tripod or something sturdy and preferable self-timer or remote-release to be able to obtain the sharpest possible capture.
When it comes to the framing I recommend you to have a look at how your favorite flower-photos look like as mentioned above.
Post-processing:
To make this image as it is pop a little more I would recommend you to blur the leaf at the bottom, it's very close to the rose and draws unwanted attention.
I would also encourage you to up the vibrance a little, so you make the image look more lively.
Also selective sharpening on the rose would be nice, because it's a little undefined right now.

I tried to figure out how the title might be interpreted, then gave it up.
Beautiful shot, I like how the light comes from this particular angle (not sure how to phrase what I mean) and how you show that this rose, even though it is hanging a bit, still is beautiful. The color looks like someone must have painted it, but again, nature itself is the best painter. Such a beautiful color ...
