I doubt he could keep up with Rainbow. I can see him being good at sustained flight and gliding, but those primaries look too small to generate comparable speed to her with his larger frame.

I know both birds and the white feathered one, Teba, is actually a lot more pleasant. Revali, the one shown here, is a self-aggrandizing, cocky motherf***er while Teba is much more amicable.
