Wow amazing work. I love the space and falling snow above the character, it really helps get the emotion of the piece through. Plus, I love the contrast of the purple sky to the character's pelt, and the way your hard lines looks against the soft painting style. Great job

OMG.
I saw this as a thumbnail for some art in a group, and thought it was pretty so I wanted to know who the artist was <3
And whoa, behold, it is the marvelous you!
And then I stare the character, swearing she looks familiar. I have to zoom in, and it's all like 'OMFG IT'S MIST WHAHAHA '

Okay, give me some time to process. I'm still dancing around the room like a madwoman.

First off, THANK YOU OH SO FRICKING MUCH.
This is so so so beautiful I mean, ahhhhh! I was so not expecting this.
HOLY FLIP FLOPS IT'S JUST SO AMAZING I mean, I'm just . . .
Okay, I just had to walk around and show in the vicinity, it's just so amazing

What really attracted to me to this in the first place was the space, sky and snow. The dark snow contrasts with the white snow, and the space gives it an ethereal feel! And talking of the inspiration music, which totally fits, the Polar Express was on last weekend on TV I think those trees right at the very edge just completes it. Without them, the picture would just have a felt really, really big.
The snow looks amazing. Snow for me it utterly, utterly complicated. The shadow and light is all so . . . ugh But you, because you're a wizard or something fantastical, have made it looks perfect I mean, I can't see a flaw anywhere!
Finally, Mist! I love how you've put her with snow. Since she can do some spazzy elemental thing, there's no doubt she can make it snow. And whilst she doesn't exactly hate snow, she doesn't love it either, and her expression is perfect in this picture to represent that. You know how I'm always in awe of your equine shading skills - they're just so good, and of course this is no expectation! Also, without a reference you say? Well, you should be proud then, because my eyes see no anatomy flaws at all!

I love it, I love it, I love it! I could say that a million times over, trust me! I'm really glad you like my 'kind comments' as well. I love commenting on your work, so it's an absolute pleasure! Thank you oh so much!
