Description
It was a long night. I arrived home late. I locked the door, I closed the curtains. I was weary. I went to the kitchen to get a glass of water. I watched everywhere around me. I remember what I thought. I was getting out of the car, something was there. I walked faster to the front step feeling as if I was the easiest target in a game of laser tag. I didn’t feel like I normally do. I like to feel as if I was hidden under a bunch of pillow cushions all in my safe little fort, where no one could get me. That night walking to my door, I did not feel anything. I snapped back, I noticed my cup was over-flowing with water, which reminded me of a real life. A real life with no worries, a life where people didn’t hate you because you like something they don’t. A life on a relaxing island with palm trees warm air, the sound of waves crashing into the beach, and a sparkling waterfall pouring into a crystal clear lake. I relaxed a bit. Then I heard the sound of the sink water again. I sighed. I drank the glass of water. I thought, and thought about random things that would come and go out of my head. I walked to the upstairs bathroom, and brushed my teeth. After that, I walked to my bead room alone, where I sat down at my computer. I first went to FurAffinity to check any messages. I thought again, why do people have to hate furries? Off to deviantART, where I did the same thing. I scrolled threw the desktop wallpapers, seeing some of absolute amazement. I gazed at them, wishing to be there. I put my system into sleep mode. I went to my drawing table. I tried sketching a beautiful scene in which I wished to see the world. I felt tired and walked to my bed. I looked around again, still feeling weary. I heard a knock at the door. I nervously walked downstairs to see what’s going on. I opened the door as if I felt I was going to die. Then I looked and realized, the perfect life was in front of me.
