Very nice, especially hiding his entire face so the viewer can't see their face. Makes one wonder he's thinking as he says those words. Is it concern if he saw his latest "master?" Or is it with a smirk of possible plans to manipulate?

Omg, I'm gonna be honest, I didn't even think of that! But your interpretation sound sooooo cool and like well thought. So we are going to pretend this was all well thought on my part (it wasn't, I just thought it looked cool 
But if I had to choose, it would be the latter option. I think this would be like a new strategy for Norm to manipulate his news master.

Quite likely, maybe in the very beginning as a new genie he might have been more concerned if he had a string of tough masters he either couldn't manipulate or manipulated him of all magical beings.
