You know, no one knows what Vegeta looked like as a teenager. Do you remember the quote "A pure Saiyans hair does not change from the day he is born."? Well if that's the case then why does he have hair sticking out over his eyes when he's a kid and yet as an adult he has that widows peek? Strange.
