I own this costume, and I took this Costober picture without help.

This character is a villainess I created, Julika Pawpáw (the surname is pronounced paw-PAW), so that means I own her.

This is the uniform Julika wears when working at the Daily Bumble. For my costume of Julika Pawpáw at work, I used a purple sleeveless shirt, a black over jacket, and a jingle bell necklace. A long black skirt would have also been visible if this had been a full body picture.
