youre the first CAD drawing ive come across so far.
it might seem hard now, but once you get used to its kwirks, it gets to be easier than drawing on paper.

yeah I noticed that. I guess CADD stuff ain't so popular on here.
It is a lot easier than in the beginning of the year, but right now our instructor is having us draw flattened out candy boxes and wants us to have all of its designs and colors. It's a mess right now, but I'm getting there.

yeah. most of what you find here is kids that draw anime/manga style characters, photography (and alot of it aint that great), and digital enhancement.
its cool to see someone else thats lovin the CAD, though !
heres a [link] to the CAD stuff i posted here.

ive uploaded some similar pics (hand-drawn, this time) to my profile from when i was your age, if youre interested.
(actually, i flooded my profile with tons of technical pics and a few drawings, but thats to be found out later)

They're really amazing! I'm not that good at drawing buildings or scenery really, but I do know I'm getting better! I'm practicing every day.

you dont even really have to draw to get better.
its all in how you look at what you want to draw.
next time you try to draw something (especially technically), look at your object(s) in terms of line, not parts.
instead of an eye, its a bunch of lines.
itll make the affects youre trying for easier to acheive

CAD was a bit hard for me tho; but the assignments i got were just thrown at us at the last minute
2-d drawings are a bit of a pain, but 3-d was just ridiculous

It was hard at the beginning, but I got used to it after a while.
The one that was most difficult for me was drawing isometrics. It was hard trying to figure out what the shape was going to look like.
I think our instructor is going to have us go into 3D stuff at the second semester. Right now we're drawing flatten out candy boxes and he wants us to get everything down! Even the nutritions facts, pictures, bubble letters and so on.

geez; thats a lot of detail! however, my instructor went a bit fast; we were already doing 3-D drawings on the second or third week out of a 15 week semester
he made it looks so easy, but when we actually did it on CAD, we thought it was just ridiculous to finish or outright impossible to do; even though he taught my class the shortcuts to CAD, it was still time consuming
good luck in the class!
