My newest Oc, Felicity

Few quick facts(will add more later, maybe on different entries):
- She is currently 15, but is enrolled in Alfea as a sophomore
- Her parents are dead, by a supposed car "accident"
- Extremely cunning and fast both intellectually and physically she's a spy

Felicity: Hi everyone! I hope to win this pageant to show that I have what it takes to be a winner. I hope everyone also sees some perspectives of my character, as well as my talents, not only the clothes I wear--even if it is a beauty pageant ^^

Me: She's a great actress, but she meant all of that, even though it might have a different meaning ^o^
