"Uneasy was this talk, and those who were near saw that at daybreak Curufin left the tent of his father and he staggered, his face was white as snow, eyes darkened and burnt with feverish fire. This minute he became similar to Feanor, even without knowing it. Till the evening Curufin didn't speak to anybody, lost in his thoughts and living through all he heard. Only before evening he walked out the edge of a camp and stood there a long while, looking towards the mountains and there he uttered an oath and nobody heard it's words. " (c)

"Тяжелый это был разговор, и те кто были рядом видели, что под утро Куруфин вышел из палатки отца и его шатало, лицо было бело как снег, глаза потемнели и горели лихорадочным огнем. В эту минуту он сам стал похож на Феанора, даже не зная этого. До самого вечера Куруфин ни с кем не разговаривал, погруженный в свои мысли и переживая все услышанное. Только под вечер он вышел к краю лагеря и долго стоял там глядя в сторону гор и произнес там клятву слов которой не слышал никто." (с)
