This was a commission from awhile back. A friend of my wife's wanted to get a really special Christmas gift for his nephew and he thought a commissioned piece of artwork would do it. So he got in touch w/ me and sent me pictures of what the kid looked like. I came up with, like, 20 roughs for the the guy then it got narrowed down to 5 and then he went with this at the last minute.
The kid loved it! Which is cool for me. In the pic is the kid, General Grievous, a few 'clankers', Commander Rex and couple clones, Y-Wings (they look terrible) and a Republic Dropship.
