Are you sure that you were not just across the border in Vermont? That would explain the lack of striped shirts and superheroes. That would also make your wonderful comment relevant to the photo as I live in northern Vermont. Or, maybe it is an omen of a Deviant meet-up in Quebec involving yourself and all of the regional Street Deviants(that includes Khuram once he moves here). Surely there is something happening in Lake Placid that you document thus making it a "business trip"!

Vermont. Hmmm...would there still be a lot of french-canadian villagers staring at me suspiciously? I'm going to root for the omen-of-a-devmeet. That would be well worth the effort of conjuring up my patented puppy-face and enduring a trip in an airplane. If there isn't something in Lake Placid there's always something in Montreal.
