(Actually this is a weird surprise for my friend,so sorry Sonic fans,I don't intend to offend you all~)
Type-I decided to let Alexeis have his own usual normal combat and energy manipulation ability.He is a commando,so he will be good in warfare combat.Previously,he mentioned that he could do "energy slashes" with his sword.His human and werewolf forms has the same abilities.
Weakness-Since he is a human-werehog with no Mobian DNA,he would be weak to Chaos Powers which was used to attack him.Negative Energy.......maybe he might not counter it,but it might be his "Tripping Stone" weakness(neither overwhelmed by the dark powers or manipulated like a puppet by Negative Energy A.K.A. evil powers)
Strength-The creator mentioned that this category is "which power boosts your character",so in that case,I pick the wind ability because "slashing a gust of wind" and Positive Energy as everyone need positive energy to keep things going.

Power-Combining the two form,he could have a hefty power.Sure,some opponents might immune to bullets,but when he pulls out the sword that the fight will get serious.Not to mention the constant use of claws in his werewolf form.
Speed-Once again,HE IS NOT EXTREMELY FAST!I have make sure that his speed will not as same as or exceed Sonic's.Also,his were wolf form is faster than his human form.He could jump from plane to plane in his werewolf form,but he never able to run at supersonic speeds.
Energy-He is not really have energy (most of the energy comes from his sword),but quite powerful and recharges quickly (I think his recharge time might be 20-30s).
Defence-Sorry Alexeis,Mobians use Chaos Control and humans don't have any direct defense to it.Although you might resistant from being set on fire and frozen to death.
Stamina-Well.....although he has military training,but for Mobian standards he is not that enough to overrun them.

I might consider to make more,but I need to look at the reviews.
