Thanks for adding this to your favourites The picture was taken at The Palace Hotel. If you walk from the main entrance towards Emaar Boulevard you have to take a right turn just at the fountain / water feature. It is a small access leading down some stairs. Hope this makes sense to you, feel free to ask for more details!
