I had some problems with a picture I uploaded recently ( it looked blurred and over saturated on the web) It will be reuploaded next week.

you need to rotate it a bit so that the horizon is not tilted.
I just did that to the shot you faved -- Arches Bluff nojet -- I had to rotate it to get a horizontal horizon

if I would have done so half of my picture would have been lost. So I decided to let it slanting. but thank you for the advice.

yeah, I can see that now. It's already a vertical shot, so you don't have a lot of space to lose. I don't like to rotate pictures for that same reason. but I do it sometimes, when the horizon really needs some help.
Here is another shot that I had to rotate -- its a vertical shot, but fortunately, the degree of rotation was marginal.

if you rotate that picture you have there, you will lose both water and sky, and you need that for the picture's mood and composition
