So at work I've been tasked with game design and Flash design. At home, I decided to crack open Flash, and start hammering on some game design concepts that I'm not particularly familiar or comfortable working with.
A lot of you know me for the Pin-Ups series of games, which use a slide show/frame advance relationship to drive the different options. Or for my more action-based games, I used simple physics and mathematical constants to move the different objects around the screen. But the simple click/drag interface, let alone, anything having to do with a mouse? Not my cup of tea. The thing is, the Flash format is notoriously buggy with the mouse, especially when dragging is involved. The click/drag method experiences hitches when it overlaps other click/drag objects, or gets dragged off the screen.
Thus, in this game, I decided to hone my Flash scripting in a way that streamlines the click/drag interface, and hopefully overcomes a lot of obstacles others face when working with such things.
On a less techie note...WOW! Look kids! It's a freakin' bunny in a bikini!

Well done. Β The interface worked as it should. Β Picking pieces out that were partially covered worked seamlessly. Β Liked the little flash that took place when a piece was placed properly. Β And the ending animation was a thoughtful touch. Β Can't think of any improvements needed.

Thanks for this puzzle. I like your picture as well. Even if solving it quite late is a bit of a mistake since it takes a lot of time to get done then.
Intresting way of rotating the pieces. I haven't encountered that kind of flash puzzle before.
I found it little bit disturbing that I couldn't get two pieces that I saw fit together to stick together but I needed to find the spot for every piece. But that must be for some other puzzle I've solved. It's a bit hard to get all the pink ones at place at the end. The picture in the background is really helpful
