The opals look beautiful. I also love the snowflake pattern on the fabric of her gown and cap and the texture in the jewelry.
There's a rare degree of realism in the face, and the freckles are a nice touch. Especially good job with the folds around the eyes.
It's a lovely piece. If I had to find a flaw, I suspect I'd have to spend a long time looking for one.
