*cries*i had an original bg that was so cool with hanging wires and tons of mechanical stuff, but then i realized, i dont know how to color that kind of stuff...after working on it for a while, i got fustrated and it is as you see it now....

but if you gave up on it cause you didnt know how to colour it then you do realise that one of the best ways to learn is to just do it. it could have been effective to leave the background uncoloured aswell that could have been good too.

Was it a pencil sketch of a background? Because that would have looked cool even without color. Then it brings focus to the girl in the picture, but still gives people the idea of what her surrounding is.
