There's something delicious about the evil queen archetype. I wanted to go into it a little and give it a queer edge, maybe even something adrogynous or bowie-esque, with a neon fantasy twist. Mixing neon colours with darkness is a real love of mine; the contrast can be very powerful when used correctly. The patterns around the edges are a mixture of smoke and fractals around the neckline, culminating in lava drops bouncing off of the neck to convey movement and power.
