It aint really finnished yet but i would like some constructive feedback
Also i just came up with a title couldnt think of anything else to call it, if you have any suggestions please tell me

Try and brighten it up a bit.
Once it's brightened do this.
Add a photo filter layer.
Make it a nice brown or light light red or something.
Make sure it's a nice monotone shade.
Then add a gradient map of a nice beige, to a light red.
This will make it look somewhat retro ish.
Then take a nice bright red, and a soft brush.
And on the top most layer, brush a bunch of big bright light spots.
Change the layer settings and opacity until it looks nice.
Old sig trick, works wonders victor.
