It's pronounced Cogwheel, by the way. All my character names are actual words written in a horrible manner.

I think it's the middle face with black markings and eyes, making it look like they are empty sockets + one of those one side goggles for the other side of the face.

You have to buy the hairstyle kitΒ (for the new hair/leafstyles and colors) or the total makeover kit (for the new hair/color/face/other stuff) from the cash shop by either converting your gold to gems or buy gem with real money.
