Adopt rules- Adoptables Rules/TOS- Claiming: All of my adopts are 'first come, first serve', (unless stated other wise in the description.) Adopts will also be posted across multiple platforms.- Reservation: All adopts can be Reserved, (unless stated other wise description) and will be held for a max of 1 week (7 days). If I do not have my payment by then the adopt will be back up for sale. 'first come, first serve'- Open for trade/price negotiation: All adopts will be marked as either 'Firm' or 'Open'- Reselling/Refund: All adopts are NOT REFUNDABLE! Under no circumstance will you be refunded, once bought they are yours. All adopts, (unless stated other wise in description) can be Resold for a MAX of what you paid. If you bought an adopt for $10, MAX resale is $10. selling for less is fine. -Adoptables use: All adoptables can be used in NONPROFIT ONLY. This means you can NOT buy a adoptable from me and use them in comic books, animations, or anything that will turn over profit. If you absolutely feel like you have to use my design, please contact me and we can discuses it. - Art Credits: You must always credit me the designer and when a base is used the line Art creator. You may have commissions made of your adopt but regardless of the artist, I am still the designer, and expect to be credited. You can change the adopts sex, make feral, humanoid, and anthro versions. Add accessories, change outfits, tack, collars. Just credit me as the adopt designer....
