This is the Pelican dropship from Halo series. I didn't make it look just the same as the 'real' one but almost. Background isn't made by me, it's random screenshot from Halo 3 map highground and i added just some blur to it. I used photoshop elements 6.0 and Wacom bamboo fun A5 medium.
