a chara design?very detailed this time.. i know there are some mistakes, but i'm not perfect (but i'm sick 'cause i spent too much time on this one _^_)

I've told you already that I love the color that you've chosen to shade her hair!! And the way you combine you unordinary art of coloring with your style of drawing charas!! This one is especially well shaded and full of details and folds.. As well as anatomical elements like muscles that you've given a 3d feeling
The coloring of the fans reaminds me of flames
Ah, and she seems to be really proportional or whatever it is called
Also her facial expression is telling 'don't get any closer or I will cick yar ass jerk.. But I will do it in a really charming and gracious way'

Wow. lovely design, i love how you do all the folds in the fabric, just perfect in some spots. her left foot (on the right side, duh!) is really good. i love the fold on her ankle, its just a little detail that i really like.
the costume reminds me alot of recent Final Fantasy (specially of Rikku) i hate to compare because i know this is your style and your imagination, but it reminds me because its a crazy costume. ( like who would ever wear that??? i would! so why dont i? )
