Case:
Name: Little thieves
LOCATION: French countryside
Jacques De Blanc, an aging farmer is throwing accusations about that his home is being robbed by tiny people. He insists he's seen them take buttons and raid his food storage at night as there are missing chunks from his cheese, bread and other food as well as missing socks, towels and the like. Since there have been reports of other farm homes in the area dealing with the same issue, even with cats present in case of mice, the agency has been notified to investigate the possibility of something else going on.
It’s up to you to go see if this is a sign of aging or he is actually being robbed by other beings.
Scenes:
Reijo got to rent a room in Jacques' little house for a good price. He spends the night doing research on different types of gnomes, since he's suspecting that they are the thieves.Small footprints can be found in the hall, leading to Jacques' storage. Gnomes are most definitely responsible for this mess.Reijo hides in the storage to capture the gnomes, but the creatures he's confronted with are definitely not gnomes.
Conclusion: Turns out that the thieves were very big rats, almost the same size as the cats living on the farm. That explains why the felines never tried to catch them, they were way too scared. The rats had once been humans, but were turned by a witch and had to steal the farmers' stuff to survive. Reijo has contacted a good sorcerer that's able to turn the rats back to humans.
