Description The brightest witch of her age!!! Emma Watson as Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter series. It is definitely one of the best movie series ever and I am a huge fan I will love them forever
My very first attempt at portraits was also Emma Watson, which turned out like this fav.me/d5pqeoo Feel free to laugh at it

Thanks a lloottt I am not sure how long it took since I don't time myself but maybe about 10 hours. As for the mediums, I only used graphite pencils (derwent graphic) from 2H-6B. Hope that helped If you want to know anything more please do ask me Β

Wow- that's a long time! And graphite.. huh. Looks like the lines you got are really clear and smooth for graphite. I've always had to worry about splotching when I use graphite. Seems like you've got a quality set of pencils.

I do take a long time Β Oh!! The clear smooth lines are definitely the result of good quality pencils. Try buying derwent graphic pencils... they're pretty good I would love to see some of your traditional work. I am still a beginner at this too but maybe I could help you out a little

That's really cool. I kinda figured that the quality of the pencils is the key to the smoothness (apart from the skill of the user). Thanks for the tip- derwent graphic pencils… I'll keep that in mind.

And oh gosh, I don't know if DeviantArt would be able to handle the abominations of mine. I'd honest to god worry about my sanity if I posted anything other than my written work.
